Important Update to Ticket Office Opening Hours
We would like to inform our visitors that the ticket office will now close 60 minutes before the facility closes. This marks a change from the previous closing time of 45 minutes prior, moving it 15 minutes earlier.
In the following 15 minutes (up until -45 minutes before the facility closes), only guests with pre-purchased tickets and their own skates will be allowed entry to the City Park Ice Rink. Unfortunately, guests without their own skates will not be admitted during this time.
Our updated schedule is as follows:
- Ticket Office Closing: 60 minutes before the facility closes
- Entry with pre-purchased tickets and own skates: Up until 45 minutes before the facility closes
- Ice Rink Closing: 10 minutes before the facility closes
This earlier closing time is necessary due to the increased demand for skate rentals, ensuring we can serve everyone on time.
