Beyond the ticket insurance service provided by the Operator, the Operator bears no liability for damages. Skating and using the ice surface are at each individual’s own risk and responsibility. The insurer is exempt from fulfilling insurance claims if it proves that the accident was caused by the visitor’s failure to comply with laws, safety regulations, warnings, or this house policy, or if the accident occurred due to illegal, intentional, or grossly negligent actions by the visitor.

Visitors aged 80 and above, by entering the rink, acknowledge that the accident insurance does not apply to them. The Operator is not obligated to provide compensation or reimburse any costs as per the accident insurance for such visitors. They use the ice rink solely at their own risk and responsibility.

The Operator reserves the right for its staff and volunteers, wearing distinguishable uniforms, to move in any direction, cross the rink, or intervene in any manner necessary to prevent accidents or assist in emergencies. They must always be given priority. The Operator is not liable for damages caused by failure to give priority, even if it leads to an accident or harm.

The ticket insurance provided at City Park Ice Rink does not extend to events not organized by the Operator. For accidents occurring during such events, the liability lies with the Organizer or the Organizer’s insurer.
