Ticket purchase

You can buy on-peak and off-peak tickets.

-Off-peak: Monday-Friday morning


-On-peak: Friday afternoon-Sunday evening, winter break, holidays.

Yes, you can buy your entry ticket, but seasonal passes can only be purchased in person.

*Eligibility for discounts must be verified with the appropriate certification upon entry.

It might be only a temporary issue, visit our website a little later again or come to our Ice Rink and buy it in person.

After you have completed your purchase, you will receive a verification email sent to your email address containing your ticket with a QR code. You can either print this email or you can just show it on your phone at the entrance.

Please check whether your purchase was successful and the purchase price was debited from your account. You should also check if the verification email was forwarded to the Spam folder. If you are sure that the transaction was successful and the email has not arrived, please let us know at  by providing the data used for your order so we can identify your purchase.

Unfrotunately we cannot change online tickets. In this case you shuld get your ticket cancelled at our cashier and purchase a new ticket in person.

No, unfortunately we do not offer accompany tickets.

Tickets and season passes

Tickets are not purchased for a specific day, so if you buy an off-peak ticket, for example, you can use it on any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday morning until the end of the season.

If you buy an on-peak ticket you can use it on any Friday afternoon, the weekend or holiday until the end of our skating season.

You can use your ticket or season pass until the last day of the season.

The pass is not personalised, but you can only use it once per opening time.

You can show your printed ticket, or the online ticket directly from your mobile phone to the security staff in the lounge. Tickets will be scanned, and the entry system will let you through the gates.

If the QR code is illegible, just show the QR code from the email directly from your phone.

You can only enter and exit once with your ticket.


Yes, skate rental tickets can be purchased at the ticket office or online.

If you bought your skate rental ticket online, you will find the rental place behind the clakroom on the right side of the building.

We have skates from size 26 to 50 at the skate rental. For the small ones you can rent double edged skates.

Yes, you need to pay a cash deposit of 2000 HUF/pair of skates that you will get back once you returned the skates. The deposit can only be paid in the skate rental.

The seals are on the right handside of the ice rink, in the seal rental. These seals are to help primarily the children, so we recommend them for people under the age of 14.

Yes, you need to pay a 5000 HUF cash deposit when renting, which you will get back after returning the seal.

Ice skating lessons

We have separate courses for children between 3 and 5; they can attend a 35-minute course on Saturdays and Sundays at 10.30, 11.15, 12.00am, 12.45pm.

Yes, adults and children above the age of 5 can attend a 50-minute lesson on weekdays at 5.30 and 6.30 p.m., or on weekends (and during winter school holidays) at 10.30, 11.30, and 12.30 a.m., and 4.30, 5.30 and 6.30 p.m.

You can sign up for lessons at the Official Merchandise Shop on the promenade next to the rink. You will still need to buy your entry ticket if you only come for the lesson.

A ticket for one lesson costs HUF 1200.

Yes, you can rent the ice rink for corporate team buildings. Don’t hesitate to get in contact with us at, where you can provide the details of your planned event.

The use of a locker or the cloackroom is free and mandatory, you cannot take your backpack to the ice.

The ticket covers one deposit and one retrieval of bags.

Between the ages of 12-14 (until the day of the 15th birthday) you are required to bring a filled in parental consent form with you in a printed form or you can also show it directly from your phone upon entry.

Unfortunately we do not have a parking lot reserved for our guests, so we recommend you use the Museum Underground Parking Lot on Dózsa György Street. This garage is only 5-10 minutes away from the ice rink on foot.

Accidents on the premises of the City Park Ice Rink are covered by insurance for visitors holding a valid ticket and whose accident is recorded in an accident report by the permanent medical on-call service at the site. If you have fallen and believe it can be a serious injury, please find the first aid room.

Please wait until closing time. Once you can verify the deposited items belonging to you, you will receive your property from the cloakroom.

Make sure to report it to the staff on duty, then you should submit a report to the police against an unknown offender.
